Their expert team works closely with carefully-chosen fish farmers, mainly in Scotland. Head-on, gutted salmon arrives fresh daily at JCS HQ in Grimsby where its prepared in a huge variety of ways. From salmon steaks to skinless, boneless fillets and smoked fish, it’s a hive of salmon activity. And JCS only sources responsibly-farmed salmon, another key reason why we love working with them.
